A managed website on a subscription
The site, a content panel, hosting and care —
in one monthly fee. No big invoice up front.
A website you never have to worry about
A subscription is a simple deal: I build and maintain the site, you own the presence. Instead of a big invoice up front you pay a fixed monthly fee that covers the design, a panel to edit content yourself, hosting, the domain and ongoing care.
It is a good fit when you want to start fast and without risk, don't want to deal with hosting and updates, or simply prefer one point of contact instead of juggling providers.
The model is simple and honest: the subscription is an ongoing service — I maintain and grow the site for as long as you're a client. You don't take over my code or panel (it's my platform, like Wix or Squarespace), but your content and domain are always yours. No lock-in — I say so plainly below.

Own it outright, or peace of mind?
Both models are the same website — you only choose how you pay.
A one-off payment — the site and code are yours from day one.
- • Ownership up front, no monthly fees
- • Hosting and care separate (or on your side)
- • Best when you want to own it and pay once
A low barrier to entry — no big invoice up front.
- • Site, hosting, CMS and care in one fee
- • Your content and domain are always yours — no lock-in
- • Best when you want peace of mind and one point of contact

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does the site become mine after a year?
No — the subscription is an ongoing service: I maintain and grow the site for as long as you're a client (no price jump after year one). The code and panel stay mine, since it's my platform — just like Wix or Squarespace. But your content, data and domain are always yours; I'll export them if you ever decide to leave.
Isn't this lock-in?
I don't hand over the code or the panel — it's my platform. But what's yours stays yours: content, images, data and the domain (registered in your name). If you ever leave, I export your data so you can move on elsewhere. I don't keep anyone against their will.
What if I stop paying?
The subscription is a service — it runs while it's paid for. If you stop paying, I take the site offline (with advance notice — nothing disappears quietly). The domain is in your name, and I'll export your content and data so you can move on elsewhere without stress.
What about the domain, hosting and email?
Hosting, domain and SSL are on my side — nothing to configure or pay for separately, and the domain is registered in your name (yours whatever happens next). Email I set up on your domain with a trusted provider — Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (Gmail or Outlook, which most people prefer), or a simple mailbox on your domain if that's enough. I handle the setup; the mailbox and its quota live with the provider, and you pay them directly — from a few euros per inbox.
How is this different from a builder like Wix?
A builder gives you a template you assemble yourself. I do a custom design, write the code around your business and maintain the whole thing. The result is faster, looks better and actually ranks — and it costs you no time.
What if I need an app or a dashboard?
That's a different kind of project — panels, portals, internal tools, SaaS. It's not part of the website subscription; I quote it individually. Get in touch and I'll walk you through how I work.
Do you do SEO? And all this GEO/AEO?
SEO comes as standard — as part of good code: semantics, speed, structured data. "GEO", "AEO", "LLM SEO" are new names for what is still, in practice, the same good SEO. I do it; I don't bill it as a trendy add-on.
Can I get more hours or support?
Yes, on any plan. The monthly hours are a starting point — if you need more changes or development in a given month, I add them for an extra fee at a rate agreed up front. You only pay for what you actually use, and if your needs grow for good, we simply move up a plan.
What's the contract and minimum term?
The minimum term is 12 months, then it runs month to month — you stay as long as you want. No setup fee and no hidden costs; everything is agreed before we start.
