    • Nearly four years (2020–2024) on the horze.de storefront on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, a large European equestrian retailer: Page Designer components and responsive UI built from Figma designs, Black Friday and seasonal campaigns, SEO changes with an external agency, cross-device testing on BrowserStack.
    • Laravel + Filament backends and Astro/Vue front-ends, including Diligently.pl, Rocksoft’s own product: a multi-company headless CMS (lead author) that publishes a fleet of client sites as static Astro builds; PHPUnit and Playwright suites and CI/CD in every delivery I own.
    • Agent orchestration on Claude Code and Codex: parallel agents in separate git worktrees, run and watched in Herdr; co-author of an internal cockpit built on the open-source Cezar that takes agent teams from issue to draft PR; agents wired into the CMS panel over MCP.
    • Code audits and AI-powered product development for clients: reviewing codebases for architecture, security and maintainability, and taking AI-built prototypes to production.

    • Open source on GitHub: filament-ops-notify, a Filament plugin that sends inquiries, errors and builds from the panel to the admin on Telegram; Spoko Design System (Vue 3 + UnoCSS, on npm); Enhanced WP REST API (headless WordPress); spoko labels (label printing over Web Bluetooth).
    • WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility audits and code audits of existing projects; this site passes the same gate on every build.

Highlights

  • Custom CMS with AI Lead author of a multi-company headless CMS behind a fleet of client sites: Laravel + Filament panel, block-based page builder, translations, media, menus and redirects, every site published as a static Astro build. An MCP layer exposes the same content to AI tooling under the same permissions as the panel.
  • EasyTruck.shop Heavy-duty truck shop management platform for a US client (Laravel + Inertia/Vue) – service work orders, parts inventory, invoicing and team operations, from customer intake to billing. Taken over as a running product in 2024 and carried for two years with one other Rocksoft developer, in the client’s distributed team: the invoicing module with estimates and discounts, AI reading of scanned vendor orders and invoices through OpenAI into pre-filled orders with matched parts, QuickBooks Online sync, push notifications, Typesense search on Scout, QR and barcode scanning, service inspections – next to the daily stream of features, bug fixes and performance clean-ups, with PHPUnit and Playwright suites as the safety net.
  • Garazyn Designed and built solo: a private inventory system for parts and tools in a home garage. Laravel 13 + Filament 5, QR workflows (multi-scan), labels printed straight from the panel over Web Bluetooth through spoko labels, REST API, AI integrations (Gemini, DeepL), PHPUnit + Playwright.

  • horze.de Storefront front-end for an international online store on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (VanillaJS, jQuery, SCSS), built from Figma designs in an international, distributed team.
  • tantis.pl Admin dashboard rewritten in Vue (Bootstrap-Vue, TypeScript) for an online bookstore, plus storefront work on the jQuery + Symfony (Twig) shop: promotional landing pages, product-page tabs and thumbnails, Sentry-reported front-end fixes.

  • Enhanced WP REST API Open-source WordPress plugin for headless setups: Polylang translations, GA4, hreflang and a headless mode over the REST API.
  • filament-ops-notify Open-source Filament plugin: inquiries, errors and builds from the panel reach the admin on Telegram, with no changes to existing code.

  • Online PDF Editor Free, privacy-first PDF editor in the browser – Python, Flask and PyMuPDF on Google Cloud Run.
  • SEO Monitoring Dashboard Backlinks, positions, index status and Core Web Vitals for my own sites on free Google APIs – Laravel + Filament, with alerts.
  • SpokoMeter Digital car gauge on ESP32 with an Android companion app – Kotlin and C++, built with AI agents.

  • Laravel + Astro + TypeScript as the core stack: Laravel/Filament backends, Astro or Vue front-ends, static and hybrid sites, headless CMS, e-commerce storefronts.
  • Agent orchestration several Claude Code and Codex agents running in parallel, each in its own git worktree: Herdr keeps them running and flags the one waiting for a decision, Cezar takes a task from issue to a reviewed pull request. I set the plan and the review gates; merging stays a human call.
  • Remote, in English with clients in Poland and abroad – technical communication, documentation, async code review.
